Subgroups
Subgroups is a public, accessible, and open-source Python library designed to ease the use of Subgroup Discovery (SD) algorithms for machine learning and data science.
Phenoflow-ML is a next-generation phenotyping framework that offers novel and powerful capabilities for ML-based phenotyping. This software is a result of my research stay at King's College London.
