I am Associate Professor at the University of Murcia (Department of Management and Finance).

I have a PhD in Management from the University of Murcia. Also, I have some Degrees in Law (University of Murcia), Business Administration (University of Murcia), and Economics (UNED). Moreover, I have some Masters in Business Science (University of Murcia) and in Professional Law (UNED).

My research topics (and transfer of knowledge activities) are related to HRM, executive compensation, corporate governance, family firms, and European funds (Next Generation EU). See “Research” section for further information.
