Personal Information:
- Ph.D. student at the University of Murcia
- Master in Quantum Technologies at UIMP
Background and Research interests:
I finished my studies in Physics in July 2023 at the University of Murcia, where I joined the group of prof. Javier Prior dedicated to Quantum Technologies. My final degree project was based on the design and construction of the quantum sensing laboratory. For the next 2 years I cursed the Master in Quantum Technologies at UIMP, following my work for my master’s thesis and finishing the first laboratory of Quantum Technologies based on NV centers in Spain at the moment. I have attended several congresses, with two contributed talks and two poster presentations. I have also visited Dr. Jelezko’s group in Germany multiple times, having an Erasmus stay of 2 months in summer 2023. I was hired from 2023 to 2025 at the Quantum Technologies group in the University of Murcia to develop a microfluidic platform for quantum sensing experiments, and I am currently employed by a new project that aims to deploy nanodiamonds inside live cells for the study of inflammatory processes.
