ABSTRACT
Information and Communication Technologies play an important role in the development of the society and, therefore,in the improvement of productive processes. A basic aspect for this improvement is an appropriate process quality process management. In this project , how Semantic Web technologies can facilitate tknowledge management for improving process quality. The case study is the management of the quality of educative curriculum.
