ABSTRACT

Nowadays, research in Genomics and Proteomics is strategical. In the last years, the Bioinformatics sector has experienced a significant growth in structured medias (such as databases) and scientific publications and web contents. One of the most important unsolved problems in molecular biology is the creation of reusable and shareable knowledge models. So, through this project, it is intended to make an exhaustive study of the most widespread techniques and use them to achieve this objective.

Analysis of the state of art on the cooperative creation of knowledge in genomics and proteomics
Development of a web application for the cooperative creation of knowledge in genomics and proteomics
Validation of the web application through the cooperative creation of large knowledge pieces in genomics and proteomics
