My research interests include Discourse Analysis (more specifically, Genre Analysis) and, within Applied Linguistics, EFL reading comprehension, ESP pedagogy, and the role of the different literacies – academic, scientific, digital and information literacy- in language learning.
Other issues of current interest are Phraseology, Terminology and Genres, and their application to FLL and to the Translation of Special Languages, especially in connection to the Information Management area.
