ABSTRACT

This project deals with the efficient management and knowledge available in oncology units by using advanced, standard- based technologies that can be adapted to modern clinical practices that support decision, research and clinical training. The hypothesis is that healthcare and the labour of clinicians can be improved by using semantic technologies.

Development of a knowledge-based system for assisting in diagnosis, and treatment assignation based on oncological clinical protocols
