I obtained my degree in Environmental Science at the University of Murcia, Spain (2014) and I am currently studying a Master’s degree in Biodiversity Management in Mediterranean environments at the University of Murcia. I’ve been working in the department of Ecology and Hydrology since 2011.

I am interested in fish ecology, marine ecosystems (biodiversity, conservation and management) and sustainable fisheries focusing on the management of MPAs. I have worked in the monitoring of the Cabo de Palos – Islas Hormigas MPA and other research studies carried out there. Currently, my work is focused on the development of artisanal fisheries in the MPA.
